⭐ 3-star hotel | Review: 9/10 | View on Booking.com
Let’s start the list with my favourite boutique in Granada: Hotel Casa 1800 Granada.
I usually stay in modern but not super special hotels, but I wanted something different for this occasion since I was celebrating my partner’s birthday. I knew we had to stay here when I saw the hotel photos.
The hotel is tucked in one of the narrow cobbled streets right next to the picturesque neighbourhood of Albaicin, away from the crowds.
The moment you enter, you feel like royalty. All the rooms are interconnected by a courtyard, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while listening to the soothing sound of water running in a marble fountain.
Our room was perfect and had everything we needed! The receptionist rang to check if everything was okay, which I always appreciate. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and had lovely complimentary toiletries, and I loved the courtyard view.
But did you know you can get a room with views of the Alhambra? Yes, that’s right. I definitely want to stay in that room next time.
Your stay also comes with a complimentary “merienda” (afternoon snack). We loved the selection of pastries, sandwiches and hot beverages.
