My experience at Mayan Monkey Mijas
One of the things that caught my attention is the fact that their chocolate is organic and sustainable.
The chocolate factory is located in Mijas main square, and not only do they have amazing chocolate but ice cream too. You can buy delicious chocolate bars, books about chocolate and monkey toys!
First, we went to the museum, where we saw impressive machines to produce chocolate and the packages. The chocolate expert gave us a small plate with different types of chocolate.
